Portability counts most, reach least.
You feel it the day a brand shows up with a budget. They don’t care how big your following is anymore. They want to know who these people are, whether they trust you enough to spend, and whether you can prove they’ve done it before. You know they have. But all you can hand over is your follower count and metrics in a screenshot, so you get priced like a billboard and leave real money on the table.
Your customers don’t live in one place. Your business runs across platforms that each handle the relationship differently: some hand you everything, some keep the whole thing and give you a follower count. What’s left is a pile of fragments that never add up to a customer, let alone a business you can price. The real problem was never the missing data. It’s that you don’t own a single-view of your customer. That’s what Kliio changes.
What you’re missing isn’t bigger numbers.
It’s a record of your own buyers.
Three Platforms See Three Fragments
Illustrative example. Real records are assembled only from the platforms you connect, using your own data.
A customer base you own and can prove.
The next deal isn’t a flat fee.
You price on what your audience actually does, not how many follow you, and you set the floor instead of taking what’s offered.
A lender can underwrite recurring revenue.
Raise to build what you’ve been planning. The capital for the bigger project is on the table, because there’s a business on paper, not a following.
You keep the customer, not rent the reach.
The record of who pays you is yours. It’s held by you, yours to keep, independent of any single platform.
None of it changes your audience.
It changes what you can do with it.
You don’t migrate, rebuild, or move anyone onto Kliio. You connect what you already run, and the record assembles underneath it.
Connect your stack
Link the platforms you already use. Read-only by default, so nothing changes for your members and nothing breaks in your setup.
Build the record
The same person across multiple platforms becomes one record: recognized, deduplicated, and labeled by what they’ve paid you.
Get the ledger
One living set of records of who pays you and what they’ve paid, held by you. Yours to export whenever you want.
No lock in
You own the record from day one, and you can walk out with it whenever you want. Everything below is built to make that true.
Your record, exported in one click
Complete and structured, in a format so any other tool can read it.
Your Stripe account stays yours
Before Kliio, during, and after. We never sit between you and the money your audience sends you.
90-day wind-down, in writing
If we ever shut down, you get 90 days and every record we hold. It’s written into the terms.
We never sell your data
We’re not an ad network and we don’t broker audiences. Your people are never a product we resell.
You're on the beta list. We'll reach out the moment it opens.
Is Kliio free?
Free during early access, with no credit card required. After that, flat pricing, never a percentage of what you earn.
Do I have to leave Patreon, Substack, or my other tools?
No. You keep every tool you use. Nothing migrates. Kliio connects to what you already run and assembles the record underneath.
Does Kliio connect to YouTube memberships?
No. YouTube doesn't expose per-viewer identity data for channel memberships, to Kliio or to any other tool. You can see your member count and revenue in aggregate, but not who any individual member is. Without that, there's no fan record to build. This isn't a roadmap gap we're waiting on. It's a limitation of what YouTube's API makes available. If that changes, we'll connect it. Kliio works with platforms that give you visibility into who your paying members actually are, not just how many. Same logic applies to any platform that withholds member-level data, this is just the one people ask about most.
What does my number actually show?
How much of your audience and revenue traces back to a customer you can name, reach, and show to a lender or buyer, drawn from your connected platforms. It's never an estimate of what your audience is worth.
What data does Kliio access?
Read-only by default, enough to recognize your people across platforms and see what they've paid you. We don't post, message, or charge on your behalf.
Do you touch my money?
No. Your Stripe account stays yours before Kliio, during, and after. We never sit between you and the money your audience sends you.
Who can join right now?
We're rolling out to established creators first. Join the beta list and we'll reach out as we open up.
